Shipping + Delivery

-        We charge a flat rate of $12.00 to ship anywhere in Australia and it’s free when you spend over $89.00. Local free pick-up is available from our Mudgee address. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient collection time during business hours, adhering to COVID regulations.

-        All of our products are hand-crafted. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping of orders. Thank you for your understanding in any delays due to the current COVID restrictions in place.

-        We ask that you ensure the shipping address details provided are correct. Rosie and Mable is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to us by Australia Post for any reason may be subject to return charges and resending costs.

Returns

-        Each product is lovingly made and checked before carefully packing and sending to you. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit, please send a photo and description of the problem within 7 days and we shall be happy to refund or replace your product. We do not offer exchanges.
